Emotional Wellness Practitioner

Philosophy and Approach

As an Emotional Wellness Practitioner with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Utah State University, I possess a strong academic foundation in social-emotional health. Additionally, I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), certified through the National Board of Medical Examiners. I am committed to using strengths-based approaches that are grounded in evidence-based practices. My specialization involves helping individuals develop greater emotional awareness and enhance communication and social skills. Sessions with clients are collaborative, focusing on strengthening problem-solving skills, fostering effective self-regulation, and enhancing organizational skills.
