Executive Functioning and ADHD Support

Here at the Parent Academy, we support adults, parents, and children in strengthening executive functioning skills to improve focus, organization, and time management—key areas often challenging for those with ADHD. In Person Parenting Classes (Superior, CO)

In collaboration with the Town of Superior, we are proud to offer several in-person, 6-week parenting courses designed to build essential parenting skills, answer your questions, and foster a supportive community of parents. These courses provide practical tools and strategies to help you navigate the joys and challenges of parenting with confidence.
